Pools with diving boards and platforms
21 public pools where you can keep working on height when the rivers are too cold or too high — springboards, towers, and the handful of 10 meter platforms in the region. Each one lists the board heights in feet, the water depth, what the public can actually use, and what it costs.
The tall towers
Only 3 of these have a platform at 30 ft or higher — the 10 meter equivalent: Lava Hot Springs Olympic Swimming Complex, Tualatin Hills Aquatic Center, Weyerhaeuser King County Aquatic Center (Federal Way). Public access to the top platform varies — some need a waiver, some are club-only.

Board heights, in plain numbers
Pools talk in meters and jumpers talk in feet, so everything here is converted: a 1 meter springboard is about 3 ft, a 3 meter board is 10 ft, a 5 meter platform is 16 ft, 7.5 meters is 25 ft, and a 10 meter tower is 33 ft. A 10 meter platform is taller than most of the cliffs on this map, which is why it is the best off-season training there is.
Public hours for platforms are narrow and change by season. Call before you drive — the listings say which boards open to drop-in swimmers and which belong to a dive club.
