The Treasure Valley's indoor diving pool: 1 meter and 3 meter springboards over a dedicated diving well at the West Boise YMCA, jointly run with the City of Boise and open year-round. Home of the Y's competitive diving program and the only 3 m board in the Boise area you can use in January.

Warnings
The diving well is booked by the dive team and swim teams for much of the evening; call ahead for board hours.
Hours, fees, and rules
5959 N Discovery Way, Boise (Treasure Valley Family YMCA). Y membership or a day pass; the boards are open during scheduled open-swim times when the well is not booked for dive practice. The Y runs beginner through advanced diving classes if you want coaching.
