Warnings
Underwater erosion tubes and tunnels in the bedrock; boulders and logs in the creek bed; the slide runout is only about 3 ft deep. Slipping near the slides killed a jumper in July 2022. Exits are very slippery.
Access
Managed BLM recreation site with a parking area; short walk to the rock slide and jump platforms.
Best conditions
Peak summer once flows are low enough to see the bedrock clearly.
