A turquoise pool 20 feet deep or more on the Teanaway north of Cle Elum, with a big smooth rock to lounge on and jump from. A local favorite that stays quiet because it is a short bushwhack from a gated forest road.

Warnings
Cold water year-round and no facilities. Rocky, uneven approach; access is informal and unsigned.
Access
SR 970 east of Cle Elum, then Teanaway Road north about 10 miles; park near the gated NF-115 road just past the river bridge. Walk up the gated road about 100 yards, then take the trail branching right downhill to the river.

Late June through early September.
