A 70-foot ribbon falls into a big round pool on the Pit River arm of Shasta Lake, a quarter-mile walk from Fenders Ferry Road. Rope swings hang off the left side and the rock around the pool gives 10 to 25-foot jumps; the pros go bigger off the wall.

Pool depth near the falls changes with Shasta Lake level. Slick rock on the rope-swing side.
Access
SR 299 to Fenders Ferry Road between Round Mountain and Montgomery Creek; 3.5 miles paved then good dirt, across the narrow bridge over the Pit arm, to a pullout. Easy 0.25-mile trail. Free, Shasta-Trinity NF.
