UnverifiedIntermediate (31-60 ft)45.68246, -121.39033
Confirmed by 0 jumpers
The Gorge's east-end swimming hole, a ten-minute walk from Mosier's main street. Mosier Creek drops over a short upper tier into a basalt-walled pool, and then straight over a 70-foot lower falls — so the pool everyone swims and jumps into sits directly above a very long drop.

Warnings
The lower falls is a 70-foot drop immediately below this pool — anyone swept over it is gone, which is the hazard here, not the height of the jump. Stay well clear of the lip, keep children out of the current, and do not swim it in high water. Heights and depth in the pool are not measured; check your landing. The pool between the two tiers is not reachable from the trail.
Access
Mosier Plateau Trail from Totem Plaza on Mosier's main street (Friends of the Columbia Gorge / Mosier Pocket Park), about 0.3 miles to the pool past the pioneer cemetery. Free, no pass needed. 75 minutes from Portland on I-84 and drier and warmer than the west Gorge all summer.
Best conditions
July through September, once the creek drops. East Gorge wind makes afternoons gusty but the pool is sheltered.
